Refund microsoft app

Need some assistance bought minecraft dungeons a few days ago been unable to install, install button litterally does nothing and just other it would like a refund how would one go around to getting this refund? Also this is for pc wasnt sure where to post.

Hello, if it doesnt give the refund option through the link above. Then you will need to call in and speak with a representative to help you out. Or you can go to Official XBox chat...not ambassador chat to get help with refund.

Log in with the account you purchase the game with on here
xbox.com/refund, and continue from there.

I called Microsoft today and had them issue me a refund. The issue is the Movies and TV app. Suggest Microsoft fix this app.

But unfortunately: "Most apps, games, movies, TV shows, and books purchased in the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 or Xbox One are non-refundable unless the offer or applicable law states that you’re eligible for a refund. "

If it's showing on your Microsoft order history you should be able to receive it inside of your game. Simply sign out both on Microsoft Store App and then Xbox App, and after that quit both apps before signing back in. Then re-launch the game.

If you would like to proceed with the refund, you can do so by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.
