Refund Link and SignOn link not working

I have been trying to get a refund since December 28, 2019. The request a refund link goes here:

I have been told in no way can I get a refund without filling out the form at xbox.com/refund I can't get there because of the broken link. I have used every browser and typed in every thing Microsoft has told me to.

I have been hung up on 2 times in the 2 hours tonight. This has been a nightmare since December 25, 2019 when I clicked on the wrong link.

How do you get a refund when the link to the form doesn't work?!

to complete the refund request form. I tried this link and it will take you to the form.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

well your game card does not have the ambassador's icon on it so you may not truly be in the program.
