Refund limit?

I think it means that you requested a lot of refunds during the year alone and I think they do have limited refunds but I’m not sure. What games did you refund?

Unfortunately I never got my refund. I just gave up because it took me around 10 time on trying to get them to give me a refund because their system screwed up. Only thing in my opinion is just buy the item you are trying to buy at a store like I have been doing, otherwise another thing is switching systems.

Hello I experienced the same problem only difference is it took 7 tries before the purchase went through so I got charged 7 times even though it said something went wrong for the 6 previous attempts. I've been declined for reaching the refund limit but the only reason I hit the imaginary limit they have is because of an error from their store. There's no way of calling the refund team so we're forced to respond to an email that they take forever to respond to just to say the same thing about a refund limit being hit. Did you ever find a way to get your problem resolved?

There's nothing in the terms about it, but they typically only allow 1 per year, maybe a couple more depending on the situation.

As you used the dollar i guess you are from the US, I'd check your state law on refunds and returns. Whilst their overall policy might say you are allowed 2 refunds within a certain period the state law you reside under may operate differently. For my country you have 30 days after any purchase which hasn't been successfully completed ie faulty goods, product not received etc etc. Microsoft says the same thing when we request a refund but a copy of the laws and regulations for Online/Digital purchases has them quickly change their tune, As Microsoft need to operate within the law of the land not on a policy they think removes the consumers rights.

I am not saying Microsoft is at fault here as they are operating within what they believe are the correct policy for your country/state.

Out of curiosity is this a windows store purchase or Xbox, seems odd you haven't got your product.
