Refund Limit and Reset

Refund Limit:

I have contacted Microsoft Agents about Refunds, all of them have avoided my question.

“How many Refunds can you make per year?”

and

“When will the Refund limit reset?”

I made what they considered the the Refund Limit in 2019, and it deep into 2020, and they still say the refund limit has been exceeded. When will it reset, and why does Microsoft avoid this question, it isn’t that much of a touchy subject.

I see what you are trying to say, but it doesn’t say how many refunds you can make per year.

I couldn't find that information any where, my best suggestion would be to contact Microsoft again and see if you can get an agent that might be able to find this information. Also, you might look through your order history on your Microsoft account and
go through your refund requests going back one year. It's up to Microsoft on what they decide is eligible for a refund.

You would want to check the terms of purchasing, but to my knowladge there isn't a limit. But I could be wrong.

Please click this link https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate as the first level of support (gamer support) cannot help or answer this question. Do not let them release but insist on an escalation.
