    I want to have a refund for my last purchase Spliner cell black list. I didn't know the game was so old and I don't appreciate it now.I prefere having xbox game pass.Could you send me a xbox pass game code for a month instead and give back me 10 euros?

    Lol, not true you get 1 refund. Last time I called them up I got a refund for my Indie game for $1.00 and I bought another game for $1.00.

    To my understanding all digital sales are final, but you should contact Microsoft Customer Support to inquire for a definitive answer.

    You will need to contact support in your region and ask about a refund.

    As for giving you an Xbox Game Pass instead, I do not think that is an option.

    open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.
