Refund/item not received

First, contact apex legend support via email or support Number. If they don't respond the try contacting Xbox support also via their web chat or Support Number, and they should be able to give you a refund.

If you are asking for a refund from a DLC item you have purchased from Xbox you will not receive one. It says when you are about to confirm the purchase that you are not able to receive a refund once the item has been purchased.

I'll try to appeal then.

The refund status stated "Refunds aren't available for digital purchases that have been played or used.".

To be exact, the purchase item is Garage Lv. 11 offer which I'm supposed to get 1000 token, C 700,000, and x20 premium pack. None of items received but the Order says it's completed. Before reject the refund request, they should check if all of the items received. They can see clearly no extra 1000 tokens, C 700,000 and additional x20 pack received. It is crystal clear none of the items received in my account after order completed, and the money has been deducted.

Log in to order history, and then select Request a refund. If you do not see Request a refund, the item may not be eligible for a refund. See Microsoft Terms of sale.
Follow the on-screen instructions to obtain an address label for return postage. If you do not receive a return address label, if you have any questions or problems, please contact our technical support.
Once you have received the item and after deciding that they are eligible for a return, we will send you a replacement item or issue a refund.

Who was it that told you you would receive a refund because an item was removed from the marketplace? Xbox does not offer refunds for this. It would not be a good policy to do so. I know that there are a few items that I've purchased in the past that
is no longer available on the marketplace.

Imagine if they refunded everyone in the world simply because the item is not available any longer.
