    hey guys, i was curious as to if anybody else has ever had this issue. I requested a refund for a game that was bought on my account. I got it without much fuss, and am still waiting for it to process which isnt my issue. No, my issue is that the next day
    a different game i owned was refunded for no reason. I didnt request it online, nor did i mention it at all during my original phone call. Ive tried numerous times to see if anything else can be done while i wait for both refunds to come back, but ive been
    told no. Is this kind of experince common when it comes to microsoft support? I know that either way, im certainly never purchasing something online again.

    What refund are you talking about??????

    You still have to pay for netflix.... It just wont be behind the Gold Membership Paywall.

    Mistakes do happen. Did you contact Xbox Live Support back to inquire as to the reason for the second refund?

    That is a little strange, you will want to contact MS Billing Support on this one, I wouldnt even be able to guess what triggered this unfortunately

    Please check the followin
    link     for Details how the refund process works. Keep in mind that not every purchase is able to be refunded.

    If you don´t get any Information until today you should contact the Support Team.

    I recommend also that you change your account settings to ask for a password before making purchases.

    Normally, it takes up to 24 hours for the points to show up; however, it is okay.

    If the refund request is approved all you need to do is to try to purchase them again, no worries!

    You can request the refund trough the refund form, that message you mentioned appears on the automatic refund request, but won't appear on the form

    If you just made the purchase you can wait for 24 hours as sometimes can take that time to appear
