Refund issue

I asked for a game refund quite a while ago and received the usual email saying that it would take up to 3 days for the request to be processed. Then an email came saying the request had been approved. But till now (1 month later) I haven't received the money. In addition, the process with the emails has now been repeated for the fifth time. Five times I received an email saying that it would take up to three days and then one saying that the request had been approved. I'm in a loop or so. What's the problem?
