Refund in app purchase

I purchased an in-app on Just dance twice. The first time looked like the purchase had not gone through. So I purchased it again. It seemed ok the 2nd time After about 30 secs, i got two mails one after the other saying that I had purchased twice. Unfortunately,
credit card confirmed 2 transactions. Who do I contact to ask for a refund on the second purchase?

Xbox One and Windows 10 Self-Service Refunds

To request a self-service refund:
1. Navigate to account.microsoft.com and sign-in.
2. From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.
3. Navigate to a purchased game or app, and select Request a refund.

Please note the below conditions for requesting a self-service refund:
• Games and apps are eligible for self-service refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts.
• DLC, season passes, and add-ons are not eligible for self-service refunds.
• The game or app must be downloaded and launched before requesting a self-service refund.
• You must wait for at least 1 day after the game or app's release before requesting a self-service refund.
• Certain Windows 10 apps may not be eligible for self-service refunds.
• Microsoft reserves the right to block access for users who abuse self-service refunds.Click to expand...

I want a refund

A refund has to be requested within two weeks of an app or game purchase, and you must wait until at least one day after the release date to start the refund process. You also have to have used the product for less than two hours. You can contact Xbox
phone support to aid you in the refund.

You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.
