Refund - impossible for find a way to contact MS easily!

Hi, I just bought an app called Game Chest: Solitaire Edition,

I saw that it had an option to buy and try, I asked my husband to buy it since I won some MS Account credit a while back and we decided that its best to try it before buying since the last time I tried this app when I was on Windows Phone 8, it caused my
phone to overheat. Unfortunately he bought the app, I decided to keep it since I play the game alot, but its again overheating.

I would like a refund please. Thanks

PS. its near impossible to find a way to contact MS about such things, you just go around in circles if (like for me) the Chat Window popped up and doesn't load any content and you don't have Twitter. I just spent the better part of 15mins search for a way
to post!

Check your purchase history and if its there twice contact MS support and get the newest one refunded.

If you ever run into a situation like this in the future, here are the steps that I took to find Windows Phone Support for your situation in mind:

• While on a PC navigate to
  commerce.microsoft.com
• Under Billing, click Billing help.
  
• While in the 'All Topics' section of Billing help, click
  Getting help.
• Contact Support will appear -- Click that.
• Select Windows Phone as your device.
  
• It will show "Go to Windows Phone Support" -- Click that link
  
• From the Windows Phone Support page, choose Billing as the category.
  
• A "Contact us" black and white button will appear at the bottom of the page. When choosing this, a new tab will open with the Chat Support button and run through the necessary steps for support.
