hi I brought lumberjack dynasty it keeps crashing and lagging trying to get a refund and it got declined I brought the game with a gift card

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists.

Hey Jesse sorry to get back to you so late my refund has been declined because I've maxed out my refunds. I refunded the skins before but got declined for the same reason but were still taken away from my after they were declined

My refund declined for a game I didn't play and or buy but my refund got declined and I don't know how to get it back. And I also filled out the refund thing wrong on accident.

I never got a refund. It was declined 2 weeks ago. If you could put the refund in my Microsoft Balance I would appreciate that

You may reply to the e-mail you got declining the refund to prove your case. This is honestly your only recourse as far as Microsoft is concerned. The refund rules do permit refunds to be declined if too many purchases are made and then refunded.

Since this appears to be within your family, you may need to discuss this with your parents to see if they can help resolve it.
