refund getting rejected?

My refund request got rejected because of "playtime". I feel like that is wrong. I put that on refund request slow performance meaning it was slow. I was on "playtime" trying to fix it. This is wrong and I was in my refund time. I also preorder for no reason. I WANT MY REFUND. Why can't I talk to an actual team from Microsoft not a "gamer"

If yes, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

Go here xbox.com/refund, and request the refund. If the refund gets rejected, reply to the email explaining why you want the refund, and then Microsoft may give you the refund.
