    Refund Gamepass Ultimate


    I have disabled recurring billing for many months because i tried to save some money.

    It did enable itself every single time.

    I literally did the following.

    Disable recurring billing on the Xbox and my Microsoft account, waiting until expiration, get a new GP Ultimate card from my store only to find out, i already paid for ultimate even though it should be canceled.

    Happened to me several times already.

    As for "getting a refund", there is no refund option at all.

    I want my money back!

    Can I get a refund as I just bought the normal game pass but want to upgrade to the ultimate version but already spent £8 and then another £12 for ultimate.

    you upgraded your gamepass to ultimate and the time was converted canceling the gamepass

    The time was added to your ULTIMATE at the conversion rate

    Canceling or refunding the ultimate will end badly ypi forfiet the upgraded time and only get the upgrade cost for ultimate enot the full amount back as gamepass was upgrade

    Xbox gold ripped me off

    When you refunded the Ultimate GamePass you essentially canceled all subscriptions, as UGP is Xbox Live, GamePass for console and PC. You will have to resubscribe to Xbox Live and GamePass again.

    Added XBOX Live Gold 12 month code and it converted it to a 4 month XBOX Game Pass Ultimate.

    whatever else you do, do not cancel the Ultimate Gamepass as you might not get refunded for the Gold

    If you have stacked or upgraded time for box gamepass ultimate then don't cancel as you won't get a refund for upgraded time onot the one month you bought to upgrade to ultimate and no you won't get gold refunded

    Buying new ultimate and converting normal to ultimate costs the same. so if i cancel the ultimate it should atleast refund one of the subscription instead of keeping the money of both console and pc gamepass.
