    I want to start a refund process because i made a mistake buying dragon ball fighterz and the "refund" button doesn't appears in my account.

    Can you please advise.

    The fact that we canno't contact Microsoft by e-mail is quite crazy !

    i used the Chat and the refund my Money (xbox live €).

    So i bought the game again - during the Chat session.

    And game is downloading now.
