Refund from 2K

I had gotten myplayer deleted from 2k18 that i spent about $25 on to have it all deleted after the game crashed on me while i was playing playground 3v3. I got no response from 2K yet, I need a refund because this isn't fair for anyone that had spent their
money or time on that game to have their player deleted for no reason at all.

2k14 vc refund

My 2k14 is unplayable. My career mode is stuck. I finish a game and it will not save. I have replayed the game 15 times. This issue coupled with the constant server down time issues and numerous other bugs makes the game unplayable.

I purchased 40$ of virtual currency. I would like this refunded. 2k sports will not refund and says I have to wait for a patch to play the game.

I have contacted Xbox support and they will not refund. They say they do not have the power to refund my money. They say 2k needs to do it. I purchased with Xbox currency from my Xbox account. Microsoft can refund my money but won't. They have the power
to do it. It's a load of bull that they can't. It's sad that Microsoft doesn't stand behind purchases made through their system. Makes me want to buy 0 from my Xbox again.

 

This sounds like a issue that the developer 2K would have to take care of but I am not 100% sure. You will need to contact Xbox customer support for any details about a refund.

Same here man. I lost my Character too. But I don't think getting a refund will be the best solution here. Getting the player back is the ideal thing. The guys from 2K are working on restoring the lost files for our players, you might want to check this
page out. I'm sure they have everybody working on it right now:
