Refund Form?

Discus and support Refund Form? in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; So I am having an issue with the refund form where I try to click on the Request Refund link but then I get sent to adding and removing family members...     So I am having an issue with the refund form where I try to click on the Request Refund link but then I get sent to adding and removing family members and stuff like that. I don't know why it is doing this but I want to make a refund and I only have a
    few days left to do it. If someone has a link to the form itself or something like that, that would be very helpful!

    Hi ExceededBulb810,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue trying to open up the link for the refund request form. For other refund options
    I recommend to contact Customer Supportfor further assistance.

    1. Sign in at xbox.com.
    2. Select Contact Us.
    3. Choose your category. (In this case, Xbox One.)
    4. Select "No Thanks" when presented the virtual agent.
    5. Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Games & Apps - Backcompat catalog)
    6. Select to Request a call from Support.

    Those steps will get you to a real person who can assist you further. Hope this helps.
