    Refund for xbox one


    I purchased an Xbox one for my son's birthday on June 18th online from the xbox store. On June 24th I received an email informing me that my item was lost in transit so I reached out to customer support. They told me that the matter would have to be investigated
    and I would have to wait ten business days. I called ten days later and was told I would have to wait an additional 3 days. I have kept calling to find out the progress of my ticket and finally on july 29 I was told that my product was missing and their wasn't
    any inventory left for me to receive another one so a refund would be given to me in 5 business days. It is now been close to a month and I have not received any refund. Everytime I call support they tell me to wait. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
    If so how did it get resolved?

    if you want a refund for the xbox one, you should be able to get one, no questions asked. I know the rules, any customer who wants a refund for the xbox one can get a refund because the license doesn't stay on the console. if the rep doesn't do it, speak

    Any refund request would have to be done through xbox support by going to this link support.xbox.com/contact-us

    if eligible for the refund they would be the ones that would issue the refund.
