Refund for Xbox Live Account

The first place to start would be by asking about which 'account' you looked for the refund at, your Microsoft Account or your bank account? I've personally never had to use the Xbox Digital Refunds process, but most online transactions that have refund
processes on most ecommerce platforms (which can include Xbox Live) typically issue their refunds back to the main linked bank/billing account registered with that platform. You should check the bank account linked to your Xbox Live account. If you still don't
see it then, it may still need a few days to process and be reflected properly.

They will add that month to you xbox live account I had to talk to them about my account and they said if they had to investigate my account they would refund my month of xbox live

Wow ngocphi tells you to the 1 month cause it's not transferable. Then this MS employee tells you to request a refund when you call. I think ngocphi is right. I don't think they will give you a refund.

Hello request digital refund and if that doesn't work then you need to contact XBox and speak with a live rep so they can look into your account to process a possible refund.

Once you cancell you get the refund automatically within 90days dependjng on what payment provider and wherr yoi are in the world

Non north american =30 days

Canada or mexico less then 30days

Us well within 2 weeks

Ipaypal =90days due to their refund policy

This is dependent on when your bank handles international transactions

Local national transaction's take less time

You gotta remember they do it in batches since yoi are talking about expensive computer time and thousands of cards which have to be fed in

On ms side it only takes 72hours before it is sent to your bank for processing

Unless you did ms currency in which case it is deposited into your ms account immediately since its not a bank
