    I just ordered from the Microsoft store, but the order was wrong: it wasn't clear that the item was for xbox one and I don't have this console, I was just searching for a PC item.

    How is it possible to ask for a refund? Chat and phone calls are always not accessible!

    That link is redirecting me to a 404-not found page. I think it is because that page is not available in my language (I am italian, but I can't understand why is redirecting)
