Refund for Unathorized Gift Purchase

I was charged on the 15th of February for a Supposed Gift of Hogwarts Legacy to a person I have no contact with. I have included a screenshot with the supposed gift purchase and can confirm unrecognized activity from Suriname on the same day, some person must've gotten into my account from Suriname and used it to purchase a gift for themselves through my account using my PayPal account. I have also included a screenshot of my recent activity confirming that my account was logged onto into from Suriname on the same day of the purchase. I live in Ireland and have no contacts in Suriname. I have changed my password now since becoming aware of this incident. You can try submitting a refund request for it by filling out Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund. You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.

You can do so here: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us Select Contact Us on this page and select the appropriate options. for you it may be Subscription & billing and I don't recognize a charge. Select see contact options and choose to chat or request a call from an agent.

You would have to go to accout on microsoft.com, and check payment settings. You can request a refund , but for add ons its not that easy. You can also request a call from support

Phone support does not handle refunds. If you have already sent a refund request all you can do is reply to the email they send you.
