Refund for Robux

Hi Gabrielqaraujo. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

Robux sold on the Xbox store are for the Xbox version of the game. To get access to your purchased Robux, you have to load up the game on an Xbox console at least once after purchasing the Robux.

On this page you can also find useful information on the matter, for example in this situation " For single-use items (like consumables and in-game currency), your request is likely eligible only if the consumable was not redeemed or used. " which includes the Robux.

So if the item was redeemed or used, a refund is not possible.

If the refund is denied, there is not much that can be done, okay? But in case you need further assistance, contact Support:

The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. Did your son already spend/use the Robux? If so that would be one reason they would deny the refund.
