I did call that number and was on the phone for two hours and they said my only possible chance to get a refund is because I am a preview member but that team only supports through forums posts. I took me a half an hour just to find the correct forum group.

They said that preview members could get issue refunds but she wasn't clear on the details. Dont you think that me getting different answers from your teams and having to dig through several links to eventually end up here where you send me back to the original
team I contacted can be received as bad customer support? It sounds like this was huge waste of my time which is frustrating to have your teams just pass the buck. I have been xbox customer since the original xbox, bought as least 12 consoles through the
years and never asked for a refund from Microsoft. This is how you treat your customers a canned bull crap answer. Your teams should should know and understand the policies to support your customers and not hide you faceless non support forum group.while pushing
your customers from phone number to forum and back to phone number.
