Hi I had already published a message saying that it was nearly impossible for me to recover my account with Microsoft system , despite the fact that my password was good Microsoft asked for verification and now i'm kind of locked.So i'm asking if it's possible to refund the game that I bought or not.

I've already tried the solution that the support gave me but i'm still having de same issues

In order to request a refund you will need to follow the steps on this link Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support. To request the refund successfully, it is required that you sign in with the account that the game was purchased on.

You can try to submit a recovery webform for your account following the steps on this link Help with the Microsoft account recovery form.
