    PUBG refund

    Its frustarting to play PUBG most of the time it says network lag detected and just stays like that for a long time. then it kicks me out.

    I know its not my internet since i can play fortnite.destiny2.overwatch and the division with no problems at all so i really want to have games that work accordingly not games that take a lot of time to fix an issue.

    Please i really want a refund cause i feel like i was scammed or something like that its a horrible experience.

    Hello! You may be able to request a refund online by going to account.microsoft.com then payments & billing and finally order history. Under the section for the game you are inquiring about there may be an option for "Request a refund." as long as it meets
    the following criteria.

    You bought the item within last 14 days.

    You and any anyone else used or played it for a total of no more than 2 hours.

    Your home console, PC, and any other device you installed it on turned on and signed in to the internet.

    The game or app isn't running on any device.
