    A week and half ago I bought For Honor deluxe edition. I DID NOT GET MY DELUXE BONUS, I regret buying and I want a refund. Is there any possible way I can get a refund because of this? I know it's supposed to be impossible since the purchase is final, but
    then I saw this:

    6.9. Refund Policies.

    All sales are final and nonrefundable unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer.

    So is it possible to refund since I payed for more than I recieved?

    @ Smwutches- I realize that it states on the marketplace "no refunds" but if it is being advertised for one price and sold for a different price it is not a refund per say. If Microsoft is advertising for one price and selling for another and then refusing
    to honor the price advertised it is considered false advertising which is a criminal offense.

    Sorry, if it said you maxed out then that was the decision. Maxing out could be to many refunds or the refund amounts were to high. For whatever reason it may be the new request is denied and wont be honored :(

    Just an FYI. They are not honoring refund requests for people who made purchases and could not watch the movies while they where down.

    Thanks fanboy but it also says that you get the One copy for free. This part of the agreement was not honored. I want a refund. Simple as that.
