Refund for halo 5 guardians

I want a refund for this broken game. I have waited for an update which was supposed to solve the problem, but it's still broken.

If this is a disc, you will need to return it to the retailer from which you bought it.

If this is a digital copy, you should be aware that all purchases state "no refunds", however you will need to contact Phone Support in case they are able to help you with this:

Unfortunately there is nothing we on the forums can do to assist with these matters.

 

I talked to xbox support about getting a refund on december 4. I was told that 343 are not allowing refunds and that they are fixing the problem with the game. But it's the 22nd now and the game is still crap. How long do I have to wait?

 

That's not for me to decide how long you need to wait, I'm just here to point you in the right direction. You should definitely speak with Phone Support as they're the only ones who could process a refund.
