    Some one logged in as me and gifted himself over 200 pounds of games wiping out my bank account ... Why cant i anywhere on the internet find a way too just call and speak too xbox too sort this out every thing just says request a call back which doesnt
    work as just times itself out the online agents are of no help surely a company of this size has call centres all over the world so why is it impossible too talk too any one the money was for my rent i need it back but mi crosoft dont seem too have anything
    in place too help people

    The money will automatically go into your bank account because it’s the same account it doesn’t have to be the same card because the account still has the same account number and such so the money will still go back into your account.

    I have cancelled all my cards and changed all logins and passwords and request a call back doesnt work must have tried about fifty times just times out and thank you all for your help and guidence
    try the Chat Online option to talk to Support if the Call option isn't working

    you can also make a new outlook email account to see if that works better and also try a different browser
