Refund for FREE Gold game download to Xbox 360 Console Please.

I downloaded pinball fx2 core from Xbox games site on my win 10 pc for Xbox 360 console. The game states that it's FREE with GOLD. When I checked the download area on my console, the game wasn't there so I downloaded it again.
Once I started the game, it would not play. The error message said I needed to repurchase or purchase again. Now, I just spoke to an Xbox chat assist agent a couple days ago to confirm that if I click purchase game with GOLD, make sure the date for FREE game
was not expired, I wouldn't be charged. I was charged 9.99. I need steps to request a refund please.

incorrect payment

my account is valid in 'gold', but when i download assasin's creed revelotion(xbox 360 game, which is gold free game) on my xbox one, i still pay the orignial price for the game!!! So i would get a refund or what, i thought the free game should be free,
right?

I have entered the code for 14 days of free xbox live gold last night and have checked the status of my membership and confirmed 'Xbox Live Gold' on my xbox one s console. However, when I attempted to download the xbox 360 free game for July 2018 'SplinterCellConviction'
this morning, it cost me HK$79. Can I get my refund or else you can help me? Thanks a lot.

 

keep in mind that two things first only accounts with actual gold not home gold can make purchases from the website for games with gold

Home gold only applies to xbox one

So if you are a sub account you can't make the purchase
