    I canceled ea access about 6 months ago but still, the charges are taken FROM my bank account. Please can you refund and stop the charges?

    Support no longer has an email. You would need to contact them via phone or chat support for a refund. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
