Refund for Dead By Daylight?

Hello,

So I've posted before about all of the bugs I've encountered in this game.

I've checked my ports and they're set correctly but I still can't play as the

killer in the game. It was working when they had dedicated servers but they

took them down and it doesn't work anymore. The dedicated servers were only up

for a few days.

Can I get a refund for my purchase of the game? I haven't been able to connect

to the game as killer (which is roughly half the gameplay experience) almost the entire time

I've owned it (with the exception of the 3 days they had dedicated servers).

It was in game items for dead by daylight. The item isn't available for a refund.

There is a way to do that on the microsoft support ewebsite https://support.xbox.com/. You might want to look for the page that deals with purchases and refunds.

No its fine, if you say its there then thats good. Does it show complete? If so and its on the correct account then I would suggest requesting a refund as per the Dead By Daylight website.
