Refund for Battlefield 2042 from Microsoft

This game is unplayable for multiple reason. First being all of the bugs. Second being there are not enough players to start a game!

I've reviewed the return policy but I think if Steam is willing to hand out refunds for lack of players, then Microsoft should as well.

Currently Microsoft is giving 30 days for the refund if the customer it's not satisfied with the product, so I believe 30 days it's enough as if you keep playing after that it's because you actually liked the game

It's sales of goods act.

Selling product not fit for purpose or misleading in to purchase.

Same for me, no refund , microsoft telling keep your broken game, its 2021 and we still have things like this . Do the people how denied or accept refund even now whats happing in battlefield 2024, dont think so, but there happy with 100 dollar
