Refund for Ark

Got the exact same problem did you get ark threw game pass by any chance. I've just tryd getting refund and was refused.. but honestly I'm thinking people who got ark free even tho other add ons work genesis doesnt if you got on game pass

No that is not possible with a digital purchase. However, if you only just purchased and have a small amount of play time you could try for a refund and to purchase ARK. Usually refunds can only be provided for games which you purchased less than 14 days ago and haven't had many hours in. Less than 2 hours of playtime is the typical threshold.

Just spent hour on phone with xbox support you can no longer run dedicated on pc for xbox unless you want to purchase DLC for Xbox and PC both. Fed up with money grab and asked for full refund of all ark!
