    Refund for a broken game


    Hello,

    I have the digital copy of Call of Duty Cold War but the game hasn't worked for 2 months. I have been passed around from Activision to Xbox and both companies are saying to contact the other for a refund. I have looked up every "solution" on various forums
    and none of them work so I need a refund at this point but their phone support and live support never works.

    I have already filed a complaint with my state's Attorney General's office, but I'm trying one last time (through this forum) to get a simple refund before an official case is opened versus Microsoft.

    Does anyone have any way to contact an Xbox live support agent and get my problem resolved?

    sales happen, I have missed out on many sales but I say oh well.

    asking for a refund because of the price it willn't happen.

    refunds will be only given out if the game is broken, unable to be loaded etc.

    unless your game broken then request but you willn't get a refund if its based on a sale.

    I tried i got the response u can't refund a game u played and i responded and asked if theres a exception or something for a unplayable game cuz of its issues and i brought up AGONY as a example of a past refund cuz the game had so many issues and i got
    refunded on it and since i replied i wasn't responded to idk its been 40 min or a hour idk and i really don't want to annoy the person
