    Hello

    I purchased the extension battlefield 4 instead of the games with a xbox code (25 caracteres). We did not noticed that it was not the games due too the price 49,99E closed to a completed games and it was not mentionned in the title. When I realised it was
    to late to cancel. I never played the extension and don' t know how to refund it. We want to download the completed games instead.

    What is the solution ? I used to have some delay of rembursement for physical games purchased not used, I am surprised it is not possible for download games, it would be easy.

    Customer service refunded my game without my permission and now it costs more than what I paid

    Yeah they can't really do partial refunds promotions are when they are on when they are on you don't get an extension or a rebate for not waiting

    You can only get a full refund once that's as a courteousy but it's not a normal proccess

    Technically you should be able to redownload the game

    They can't remove the game from your purchase history last time I checked

    I don't believe digital purchases can be refunded (especially if they are for in-game currency) if they've been used or extensively used. If some of your purchases were refunded because the service went down but some of them went through and you proceeded
    to spend the in-game currency... you probably cannot be refunded for any of the amount you went ahead and spent. If there's a full amount you didn't spend from a separate transaction then that could be refunded. You'd have to check by submitting a refund request.

    You can request a refund, by going here https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund, then when the refund goes through on the account, you can then purchase the game as a gift for your son instead.
