Refund even though it has been denied

My children bought some in game purchases on the Xbox I requested a refund on 9 things yes I know 9 and got 3 refunded. I am aware it is a lot but the issue is They haven’t spent the credit, all matched the criteria and I know there is a “limit” but that differs. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it I may contact a worker but I would like to be refunded because the items were expensive I want to be refunded because I don’t know why I shouldn’t. I don’t want to come across as entitled I just want help.

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but there is no guarantee they'll issue a refund.

^^ even though That is Microsoft's policy I would imagine that they will refund the $100 dollars, can anyone confirm or deny this, that has experience with this?

You're welcome and just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. It would be best to reply to the email that was sent by them to ask them why the refund has been denied.

Update:

Second refund request denied for the time period, even though the initial refund was within the allotted time period, and I haven't played the games.

Hi there!!

Thank you very much for your help. I sent a refund request however it has been denied. In the past I had had a refund before but now I have been informed that my request is not eligable even though I had refunded xbox gamepass due to a quite similar issue I had with it. Why am I not allowed to refund now?? Now I am also not allowed to send another refund request until 72 hours and the purchase has been complete. Am i still eligible for a request??
