    Hello I've had an Xbox one for 5 months but I haven't been able to play on it. I tried to play this game for 30 minutes but it kept glitching and when I fixed the issue the game didn't even feel fun. I bought the game when I got the console but I haven't
    been able to play on it. I was wondering if I could get a refund? I did my research on how to refund games, but I see you guys don't like giving refunds that often. Can I please refund dirt 4. Btw I couldn't find dirt 4 in the alphabetical thing.

    There are specific rules around digital refunds. At point of sale, they do state that all sales are final and no refunds are given, however they can issue refunds in certain circumstances.
