Refund didn’t give my money back

It can take at least 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund after it's been approved.

Xbox always are weird with refunds, I’ve only used one refund this year and they said I’ve used all my refunds and wouldn’t give me my money back so I lost out on 13 quid they didn’t help me at all even when I got in touch

No it’s saying failed purchase but took my money and didn’t refund it.

Refunds may take several business days or longer to appear in your account, so you may want to check with your financial institution to understand when the applicable payment method will be credited.

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.

6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
