Refund didn't give me money on my card.

I recently bought fortnite vbucks but I didn't have a fortnite account linked to my microsoft account so when I bought it, the vbucks went to nothing so I requested a refund, the next day I went on my microsoft purchases and it said it was refunded but when I go on my card, the balance is still the same and the refund didn't actually refund anything or give me my money. (btw the card is a prepaid visa) please help

Keep in mind it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund after it's been approved.

With prepaid visas they do take longer upto 60days as per their terms it's not.like a regular card

And yes I have had refunds take.60 days

I would contact microsoft support https://support.microsoft.com/contactus here as they may have a way of helping you. It doesnt help that it is a prepayed card as it seems the problem is not at microsofts end.

You won't get a refund for an Unauthorized Purchase.

For example, is someone buys a TV with your credit card from walmart. Then you go to walmart and say give me my money, they won't give you a "refund".

You'll need to contact your bank to have them dispute the Unauthorized Purchase since you're stating that you didn't make it.

I've already been there and it did not help. just told me to cancel the subscription. My issue is that its charged the card with the 15$ but hasn't given me another month, once it shows up (if ever) i can cancel it then but i'm pissed off that it charged
my card but didn't give me the subscription.

I need to refund it quickly so i have money for something else.
