Refund denied

Hi guys, My brother bougth some stuff on my account without my authorization. I request the refund the second day he bougth it and they denied my request for refund. I dont’t understand why since you have 14 days to request it and i did it the second day
of it. To conclude the game he bougth i already own it as a disc. This is not fair man.
