    I found out recently that a series of unauthorized transactions were made from my 9 year old son's xbox account leading to a purchase of Robux for $600 in total. I filed a separate refund request for a $200 charge and then a batch request for the remaining. While the $200 request was approved the batch request was closed with a denial. Since then I have been chasing Microsoft customer service, which has done everything except help me. I am told that the chat and phone are not available to discuss refund requests and I need to respond to the email from Microsoft which talks about the case closure. I did as suggested, and again no response. It's been more than a week since I sent the email and when I try to call Microsoft service they tell me to be patient and keep waiting. This is unbelievable! Now I am past the 14 day window and I am at a loss on how to get my money back.

    One would think that the biggest company in the world would do more for customer service than shutting down all direct communication options. Microsoft? Are you listening?

    Anyone who has been in a similar situation and how to talk to deaf ears, pls let me know!

    Is there anyway you can help me resolve this issue? I resubmitted the refund request yesterday. But all I get is a ticket-closed notification. There is no other information in these tickets. Can you message me on my outlook account **(email removed)** and I can forward you the Microsoft response email.

    Choose Contact Us

    Choose Subscriptions and Billing

    Choose I don't recognize a charge.

    Choose "Request a call."

    See if talking to someone can help shine some light on the situation while I escalate your issue and see if someone can contact you about this result.

    Yes. I replied to the email that talked about the closure of the ticket. That is the only reply I got from microsoft support in response to the refund request.

    No he can't only cs can help you at this point HOWEVER

    YOU didn't explain the unauthorized part was it your son or someone he was gamesharing with

    That made.the purchases

    Or something.else like a compromised.account

    And yes this.helps with your next step

    If it was your.son you are responsible for his actions

    If he gameshare with someone and they made the purchase you need to take it up with them

    This is why home share should NEVER be abused nor accounts shared

    Now if.it is noone either.of you know and he did not.

    gameshare you did the wrong proccess

    You need to open an unauthorized access case with xbox support
