    Refund Denied Repeatedly


    Hello!

    A while back, I made a post about a problem I was having with refunding a video game. I had accidentally purchased the game late at night, and only noticed a week and a half after the purchase. I sent a refund request, only for it to be denied because of a mistake in differentiating between the hours spent in the free demo of the game and the full game.

    That response came after the deadline for requests was up, making it impossible to send anymore requests explaining the situation without them immediately being flagged as past the refund time and denied.

    Is there a way to talk to an actual person about this without calling? I would only like to use that as a last resort.

    You would reply to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists.
