Refund denied. No explanation email.

Hi. So they sent me an email saying my refund case was closed, but no other explanation as to a refund or if it was denied. I have no idea what this means.

Have you played the game for more than two hours? If so then you more than likely had the game for too long and won't get a refund.

"To qualify for a refund, you'll have to meet a few criteria though. A refund has to be requested within two weeks of an app or game purchase, and you must wait until at least one day after the release date to start the refund process. You also have
to have used the product for less than two hours across all accounts. Additionally, season passes, add-ons and DLC are not eligible for a self-service refund."

That's exactly the problem. Several weeks (and emails) later and I have still not received a response from xbox with an explanation to why the refund was denied. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Thanks Zero but unfortunately what they said was the only option was to request the refund again. So, then I did that on the phone with the agent. They said then if it gets denied to reply in the email with my explanation. We all know that didn't work...

If the refund gets denied again, please reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, plesse do it with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.
