    Refund denied. No explanation email.


    I bought Stranded Deep on Jan 19th. Played maybe 15 minutes of it and it was very glitchy so I stopped. The next time I turned my Xbox on it showed an error and needed to be restarted. It happened every time I turned the system on. After deleting the game it went away. So it's safe to assume the game itself was causing the issue. I then requested a refund on the 20th. It got denied on the 23rd. I never got an email stating why and with the way the help page is set up I can't even request another or contact the chat at all. This is ridiculous.

    Hi. So they sent me an email saying my refund case was closed, but no other explanation as to a refund or if it was denied. I have no idea what this means.

    Have you played the game for more than two hours? If so then you more than likely had the game for too long and won't get a refund.

    That's exactly the problem. Several weeks (and emails) later and I have still not received a response from xbox with an explanation to why the refund was denied. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

    Thanks Zero but unfortunately what they said was the only option was to request the refund again. So, then I did that on the phone with the agent. They said then if it gets denied to reply in the email with my explanation. We all know that didn't work...

    If the refund gets denied again, please reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, plesse do it with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.
