    Refund Denied cause I played the game?


    Why was I denied a refund for Forza Horizon 5? I spent about an hour trying to troubleshoot the steering wheel issues I am having (controller disconnect). I didn’t get to play the game at all with my wheel. I am astounded a driving game can’t be played with a mainstream wheel that they say is compatible (G923XB).

    Sorry about that issue and even if i understand your frustation about the fact that Microsoft denied the refund, you have to understand that this game AND the base are made for Xbox 360. Also the refund can't be made cause your son already played in the
    past on the Xbox 360...

    Cyber Punk 2077 is such a bad game even greedy Sony has pulled it from the store and is giving refunds!

    Only 2% of Xbox users are getting refunds because they are using the no questions asked 1 time refund. If you have used that that 1 time no questions asked feature they deny the refund. They also have a 2 hour play time policy, I only played the game 30
    mins tops and the game crashed 50 times so I stopped playing and still was denied a refund. So Microsoft is literally going against their own policies in order to refuse refunds. Pretty sad.
