Refund Denied 2 times Unacceptable !

Hello I just bought Wwe 2k22 and it constantly crashes. The servers work only 1/2 the time on Series X. I’ve owned it less than 14 days and put only 6 hrs in it. I’ve put in my request and the 3 questions asked none have the right issue of Game Broken. So I pick the closest answers. I was denied so I talked to a customer support told me I meet All requirements to full refund. Told to reply back to Email with my issue and to dispute the denial. And got the same denied request. I’d be ok with it but I was Also Denied a Refund on Battlefield 2042 Same issue game Completely Broken. This is Truly Unacceptable that We can’t talk to an Actual Person to help with Xbox issues. Is there anyone that can help with my issue ? I’m just tired of buying games and there completely broken and Us gamers have to deal with Horrible Customer Service. My order # [mod removed]

Refund request are not handled by support members, support only fill the request and another team reviews the request, if your refund has been denied twice, then you could contact the game developers to have an estimated on the time it will take for them to fix the issues, seems strange that you got 2 denials, as there's currently a 30 days refund on warranty issues

Only 2% of Xbox users are getting refunds because they are using the no questions asked 1 time refund. If you have used that that 1 time no questions asked feature they deny the refund. They also have a 2 hour play time policy, I only played the game 30
mins tops and the game crashed 50 times so I stopped playing and still was denied a refund. So Microsoft is literally going against their own policies in order to refuse refunds. Pretty sad.

The policy for refunds is that you request the refund within 14 days of purchase and that it has not been played more than 2 hours. So if the total time you ended up playing it was over 2 hours, your refund would have been denied. There may also be other
factors the refund specialists look into, but that would be a case by case factor. You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to try to contact them or try submitting a new refund request.

Do you know how many times it takes for it or whatever? I believe I refunded the same game 3 times but I stopped. But I didnt play more then 2 hours. Also when I looked up the refund policy if you refund a game for more then 14 days and play more then 2 hours then they'll deny it. They accepted my refund 3 times when I played less then 2 hours and I didnt have it more then 14 days
