    I have been trying to get a refund on a game I don’t remember buying but ya’ll denied my refund twice I even text the denial email and they didn’t respond back I have been trying and trying but nothing it working and i really need someone to fix this problem cause it’s affecting a lot of people not just me

    Thanks for the replies. Sorry with the issue about getting a refund. Unfortunately, as you stated the customer support and refunds are separate. With all the issues of trying to get refund, first make sure the one who purchased tries the refund. If they
    continue I recommend requesting a call from support and talking with a supervisor. As under the terms you should qualify as it hasn't been played for 2 hours and within 14 days.

    Are you trying to refund it to your partner's account? If you didn't purchase it, it maybe that it won't refund to you.

    Thanks for the advice.

    I've tried contacting them via that method, however that puts you through to customer service, not refunds, and there isn't anything customer service can do except tell you to reply to the email chain or log another refund request. Apparently customer service
    and refunds are separate and refunds don't have a contact phone.

    Unfortunately I've also already redeemed the code. It doesn't specifically state what platform the game is on when redeeming a gift, so I assumed it was PC and only realised it was Xbox when I couldn't install it. However this definitely doesn't count as
    playing the game, and shouldn't count as consuming it either.
