    Refund Denial. What an utter joke.


    So in light of all the Cod Hype. I decided to purchase Black ops 1 and Black ops 2.

    I refunded black ops 1 due to hackers on the servers ruining ant game modes I tried and made the game unplayable.

    I recently installed Black ops 2, played 3 zombies matches and was met with hackers in every game. Therefore completely ruining any game I had on online servers.

    I immediately requested a refund for Black ops 2 as its physically unplayable online. I didn't purchase the game just to play Black ops campaign.

    Yet I've been denied the refund for the game. What an utter embrassment for Microsoft.

    If I don't get refunded for the game as I can't physically play it seen as xbox don't do THEIR part on reducing hackers/Modders I will be filing a dispute claim with the bank for a chargeback. For Goods and Services not as described.

    The "Product" is faulty and is a direct problem stemming from Microsoft themselves.

    How dare you deny refunds for a game where you can't actually play online. It's utterly broken.

    I will be escalating this over social media, and if needed will call xbox out over this as what you're doing is THEFT of the consumer for products and services not delivered as described. If I'm then banned for the chargeback I will be escalating this further and will look to bring a class action lawsuit against xbox backed by all the people who you've denied.

    Sorry to hear that your refund request got denied, Your best option in this case, is to reply to the decision email and Micorosft will get back in touch with you in regards to the refund inquiry

    Good of him to work for MS for free, i have nothing against him, but what he said is still an utter lie.
    What he said wasn't a lie...replying to the refund denial email escalates it to whatever dedicated team handles things, as opposed to the automated system that would first deny the refund. There's no guarantee that it will make any difference (or, in some cases, even get a reply) but the option is there
