Nope. That would be the only possible way. Refunds are not guaranteed.

If you still have the denial email, you can try replying to that with more details....sometimes refunds denied are then approved when more details are added. I wonder if the denial email reply goes to a person whereas the initial refund process is automated

I payed the 100 mate for both, it says in the description of what I bought base game and add ons

Yes I do believe this is the one, although I wasn't told to type in both refund request numbers so would it be worth filling it our again with all the refund request numbers ?

Hi there joesf, I have 2 items in the orders one of £0.00 of the redeemed vault edition code and then a second transaction of £99.99 which shouldn't be there, I have applied for a refund which got denied for the playing the game which I would've as I had bought it from argos redeemed the code and then xbox charged me again for the same thing, I then rang xbox support and a very helpful lady helped me request a refund again another way but with no success so I have replied to the email they sent me about denial of refund asking if they could have a second look
