Refund Charge

to request a refund click up right on this site on your profile picture.

Go to your Microsoft account -> order history.

You would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Refund Policy. Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that Microsoft has charged you in error, you must contact us
within 90 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 90 days old. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar
refund in the future.

That's not what I meant... they refund you the second charge. so I should still have access to the game because of the 1st charge. I hope you are not expecting me to repurchase it. what would the point of me refunding the second charge be then?

Here's the kicker.

I've done that and get the refund from the bank, but Microsoft can still charge the sub fee the next month!

Then it sounds like your bank only refunded the existing charges but didnt block future charges.
