    hey can I have some help I pre ordered gears of war 4 ultimate edition played it the first week it came out then did not play it for 2 to 3 days then a message pop up saying this game has been cancelled or refund through billings not sure how to fix this
    or if its just my account just playing but need some help with please

    Xbox Live hard to cancel

    I have called them and even if you meant to cancel after the charge has been made for the next period they won't give you any sort of refund. I was only one day late in calling to cancel and I still could not get a refund with them. The only thing they would do is not automatically renew it when came due again.

    Game Service refund/cancelled game :(

    If you cancelled and you can tell GAME, when, where and how then its their fault. Im sure they will give you a refund if this is the case.

    If the refund already shows as "approved" then its already too late to cancel it.

    You could also try to refund the subscription and purchase it again after the refund. To cancel a subscription and ask for a refund, please go to:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    - Select Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.

    - Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.

    - Select Cancel immediately and get a refund.
