    Refund apex legend coins


    So basically my younger brother wanted to buy apex coins and he went on to purchase 3x $115 pack worth of apex coins.

    The problem was he was not supervised and did it without my permission. Furthermore we play apex on pc and not xbox thus making the purchase have 0 worth to us.

    Requested for refund immediately but since its 3 seperate purchases ( but of the same one made in the same time) only one of the refund passed and the rest were denied.(passed refund limit even though the only refund i had was one of the pack)

    May i get some help from this it will be much appreciated thanks..

    This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.

    Thanks for your response. This happens with the Apex Legends game only. The first time I did not receive the coins, I requested a refund, which I received. The second time it occurred, I spoke with an Xbox Gamer who suggested I reset my Xbox using the "keep my games an apps" options. I did this, but it did not resolve the problem. I requested a second refund, which was denied because the request occurred too close in time to my previous request for a refund. I then did not make any coin purchases in Apex Legends for about 6 months. This is my third attempt to purchase coins, without actually receiving them. This problem does not occur with other games, just Apex Legends.
